What is already on the table

Pencils, a brass ruler, the prior session’s large print, and a folder with your name if you are in a cohort. Phones go in the tray by the door for the first hour. After that hour you may check a figure you need, then the sheet goes back to the centre.

The clock above the board has a habit of losing a few minutes. Arun sets a second clock on the sideboard before a studio evening. Trust the sideboard if the two disagree. A student once missed the start of a retest discussion by believing the wall clock; the room has not pretended the wall clock is precise since.

How an evening is kept

Discussion is in English. You can bring a Thai stock or a regional future if the print is clear enough to read at arm’s length. The first disagreement of the night is about the box, not about a forecast. When the box is stable, breaks are tested against the close.
