How this site remembers a cookie choice
This note explains what is stored on your browser when you visit neuron-quarryfield.click. It sits alongside the privacy note, which covers enquiries and bookings.
What cookies are
A cookie is a small record a site asks your browser to keep and send back later. Local storage is a related place in the browser that a page can write to; it is not automatically sent with every request. Both can remember a preference. Either can be cleared by you.
Types used here
Essential storage: one local-storage record of whether you pressed Accept or Reject on the consent notice. Analytics cookies: the academy does not set an analytics cookie and does not run a traffic-measurement script. Advertising cookies are not used.

Third-party requests
Pages load typefaces from fonts.googleapis.com and font files from fonts.gstatic.com. Those hosts may log the connection under Google’s own policies. The academy does not receive a copy of those logs and does not use them to build a profile of you. If Google sets a cookie while serving a font file, that cookie is a third-party cookie of Google, not an academy cookie. No other third-party scripts are embedded.
How to manage or disable storage
Use Reject on the notice if you do not want an “accepted” value stored. Reject still writes “rejected” so the notice does not return on every page; if you would rather have nothing stored, clear site data for neuron-quarryfield.click afterwards and the notice will show again. Browser settings can block cookies and local storage entirely, or block third-party cookies while leaving first-party storage available. The notice’s buttons are also the direct control for this site’s own record.
Impact of disabling
Refusing the notice, or clearing the stored choice, does not lock any page. Study descriptions, rates, the journal, and the contact form remain usable. If you block all local storage, the notice will appear again on later visits because the choice cannot be remembered. If you block the font hosts, text falls back to the serif and sans-serif faces already on your device. The contact form does not depend on the consent record.
