Refunds, missed evenings, and rescheduling

These rules apply to fees paid to Neuron Quarryfield Academy Co., Ltd. for the Breakout Reading Studio, the Chart Review Hour, the Weekend Range Clinic, and a quoted closed-room clinic. They match the way those sessions are actually run at 44/1 Sukhumvit Rd, Mueang Samut Prakan District, Samut Prakan 10270. Requests go to hello@neuron-quarryfield.click or 023851129.

How a refund is made

Where a refund is due, it is paid to the same account or channel that paid the fee, within 14 working days after the academy confirms the amount in writing. If that channel can no longer receive the money, the academy will ask for another account in your name. The website does not hold card details, so the refund follows the transfer you originally made.

Breakout Reading Studio

The seat fee is 18,500 THB. Cancel 10 or more days before the first evening and the fee is refunded in full. Cancel between 9 and 3 days before the first evening and half the fee is refunded. The other half is kept because the chart pack is printed for a named seat and the chair is unlikely to be filled. Cancel inside 3 days of the first evening, or after that evening has started, and the fee is kept.

Work already started means evening 1 has begun. From that point the cohort is underway and the fee is not refunded. Remaining evenings stay open to you. A missed later evening is not restaged; the sheet is held in your folder, with ten minutes at the start of the next evening to catch the mark. That catch-up is not a refund event.

If the academy cancels the cohort, you may take a full refund or a seat in the next cohort at the fee you already paid. If the academy cancels a single evening and cannot offer a replacement date the cohort can attend, a proportionate part of the fee for that evening is refunded.

Chart Review Hour

Tell the desk before the calendar day of the hour and you may take a full refund or move the hour once, to another open Thursday or late Saturday. A second move is treated as a cancellation on the day. Cancellation on the day, or a no-show, keeps the 2,400 THB fee. The chair is released twenty minutes after the booked start. Rescheduling is the one courtesy; it is not a second hour.

Weekend Range Clinic and closed rooms

Cancel a Saturday clinic 4 or more days before the date and the 4,800 THB fee is refunded in full. Inside that window the fee is kept, because the chair count and the shared print are already fixed. You may move to a later posted Saturday if you give 4 days’ notice and a chair remains; if no chair remains, the refund rule above applies instead. A no-show keeps the fee.

A closed-room quote follows the same Saturday timing unless the written quote states a longer printing lead. In that case the quote’s lead time replaces the 4-day line, and you will have agreed it before paying.

Materials, deposits, and exceptions

The academy does not take a deposit apart from the fee itself. Payment of the fee is what holds the place. Printed packs are prepared for a named student and are not sold separately, returned, or refunded as their own item once printing has started. There is no shipping refund because sheets are handed to you in the room. There is no recorded lesson to return.

Illness or a travel halt can be raised with the desk. The academy may, at its discretion, move a studio student to a later cohort or move a clinic seat when the room can absorb it. That discretion is an exception, not a second set of deadlines. Fees already earned for evenings that took place are not refunded under an exception.
