Terms of study and booking

These terms govern use of neuron-quarryfield.click and bookings with Neuron Quarryfield Academy Co., Ltd. (“the academy”), 44/1 Sukhumvit Rd, Mueang Samut Prakan District, Samut Prakan 10270. By using the site or by paying a fee for a seat, hour, or clinic, you accept these terms.

The service

The academy teaches price action and breakout analysis in person. A booking is for classroom time, printed sheets, and comment on your marks. You decide what, if anything, you later do in an account you hold with your own broker. Classroom discussion studies historical prints. A decision to buy or sell is yours, and it is carried out with your own broker.

Bookings and payment

Fees published on the rates page apply to open study. A closed room for one office is charged at the written quote you accept. A place is confirmed when the academy has received the fee and has replied with the date. Payment instructions are sent by email or given by telephone. The website itself does not take card payments.

You are responsible for arriving at the chart room in time for the session you booked. The address and telephone number on the contact page are the ones to use.

Conduct in the room

Discussion is in English. You may be asked to leave the live screen in your bag during the first hour. Interruptions that stop another student defending a sheet can end your evening without a refund of that evening, after a warning. The academy may refuse a future booking where a person has abused staff or other students.

Intellectual property

Printed packs, the sequence of studio evenings, and the text on this site belong to the academy unless a passage is credited to a student note. You may keep your copy of a pack for your own study. You may not sell the pack, post the full sheets as your own course, or record an evening. Marks you write on your own sheet remain yours. The academy may quote a short student note on the notes page only with permission.

Liability

Study of past price prints can be wrong, incomplete, or poorly applied later. The academy is not liable for trading losses, missed markets, or decisions you make after class. Where Thai law allows a limit, the academy’s liability arising from a booking is limited to the fee you paid for that booking. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud, where Thai law keeps that liability in place.

The site is offered as a source of information about the academy. Pages may be updated. A fee already paid is honoured at the rate in force when you paid, unless you agree in writing to a different arrangement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. The courts of Thailand have jurisdiction over disputes arising from them, without prejudice to any right you have as a consumer that Thai law does not allow to be waived.
