Privacy and the academy’s records

What is collected

The contact form asks for your name, email address, chosen study format, an optional preferred date, and a message. Telephone calls and email may add the market you follow and the dates you can attend. Payment records include the amount, the date, and the account details needed to identify the transfer. The host that serves this website may keep technical logs such as IP address and the time of a request.

Brokerage logins, identity-card numbers, and payment-card numbers stay off this form.

Why it is used

Enquiry details are used to answer you and to hold a chair if you book. Booking and payment records are used to run the studio, the review hour, and the clinic, and to meet accounting duties. Technical logs are used to keep the site available and to investigate faults. The legal bases relied on are steps toward a contract, performance of a contract, legal obligation for accounting records, and legitimate interest in answering mail and securing the site.

Retention

Unanswered or completed enquiries that do not become a booking are kept for up to 24 months and then deleted or reduced to a count that no longer names you. Booking correspondence and payment records are kept for five years after the session, in line with ordinary accounting practice in Thailand, unless a longer period is required by a dispute or by law. Server logs are kept for the period set by the host, which the academy asks to be no longer than needed for security.

Your rights

Under the Personal Data Protection Act of Thailand you may ask to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict its use, or object to certain processing, and you may ask for a portable copy where the law provides that right. You may withdraw consent where processing was based on consent, without affecting processing that has another legal basis. You may lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Committee. Send requests to hello@neuron-quarryfield.click. The academy will respond within the period the Act requires.

Some records, especially paid bookings, may need to be kept even after a deletion request, where an accounting duty or a legal claim requires it. You will be told if that applies.

Sharing and international transfers

Staff of the academy see enquiry and booking data. A bookkeeper may see payment records. The company that hosts the website may process technical logs and the content of pages on servers that can sit outside Thailand. Typeface files are requested from Google’s font service, which may process a connection from your browser; see the cookie note. The academy does not sell personal data. Transfers outside Thailand, where they occur, are limited to what is needed to host the site, deliver fonts, or complete a request you made, with the safeguards the Act expects of the sender.

Children

The classroom is for adults. The academy does not knowingly collect data from children.
